Stainless steel fermentation ensures bright, fresh citrus aromas and flavors and result in a wonderfully made wine that is clean, crisp, and full of character. Pair with seafood, light chicken dishes, salads, fruits, and soft cheeses.

    Beurer Description

From Trollinger (Schiava), Portugieser, Zweigelt and Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir). Light pink shimmering color, fresh bouquet and delicate acidity – a wine with fun! Like all our wines, this rosé is fermented exclusively with vineyard-owned yeasts (spontaneous fermentation). To preserve the fun factor, we’ve filled it with a safe, long-lasting screwcap.

  • Intense cherry color with violet reflections. LZ is clean and bright with lively red fruit aromas with spicy nuances. Fresh and invigorating on the palate, the direct fruit attack is full of ripe cherry and cranberry notes with well-balanced acidity, a pleasant tannic sensation and mineral notes. Certified organic bush vines in the cool Lanciego zone within Rioja Alavesa on clay & calcareous slopes.

  • Our organic fruit offers the characteristic flavors of green apples, pears, and citrus to our chardonnay. We ferment 70% of the juice in a combination of French and American oak, which is allowed to undergo malolactic fermentation to create a rich, creamy wine with just a touch of new oak spice. The remaining 30% is fermented in stainless steel to preserve the crisp fresh fruit flavors. We age most of the wine using previously-used or neutral oak in order for these fresh fruit characteristics to shine through. New oak was used for just 15% of the wine to give this chardonnay a nice vanilla note.

  • Merlot is one of our most distinctive expressions, thanks to the nuances that we’ve discovered in our vineyards. For our 2016 Merlot, the lots were fermented separately and underwent full malolactic fermentation before being combined to create the final blend. Additional complexity comes from the small additions of Petite Sirah and Malbec. The wine was aged for twelve months using a combination of French and American oak of which 45% was new.

  • Our Sauvignon Blanc celebrates the fresh lively spirit of organic viticulture, and the crafting of this wine truly begins in the vineyards. For this vintage, we blended fruit from three distinctive yet complementary growing regions in Mendocino, Lake and Sonoma counties.

There is no mistaking the New World style of this wine. Intense aromas of citrus, grapefruit and fresh cut grass greet the nose. As you drink, the crisp acidity makes this wine particularly refreshing.

  • Aromas of peaches and cream, citrus blossom and apricot greet you at the first introduction. Fruit flavors of apricot and peach are accented with spice. The wine is crisp and rich with beautiful elegance and a very long finish.

  • This Zinfandel is a little more elegant and balanced than those wines, but undeniably Mendocino. We try not to manipulate the wine too much, mainly because the fruit from our exceptional organic vineyards doesn’t require it. They add a little Petite Sirah for added complexity.

  • Intense aroma of dry fruits and flowers. Dry and savory with soft tannins. Pair with roasted and braised red meats, with poultry and savory dishes. Organic!

  • Aromas of strawberry, raspberry, ripe plum, licorice, baking spice and mint, all tinged with smoke (rather fitting given the name). The wine tastes smooth and medium-bodied. Fresh fruit flavors (cherry, strawberry, blueberry and a little cranberry), good earthiness, a little leather and spice and lots of pepper lead into the mouth-drying finish. The wine ends dry with lingering sweet fruit, pepper and perhaps a hint of tobacco.

  • Aromas and flavors of dark cherries, plums, a bit of black licorice and herbs. The new oak contributes a touch of vanilla, brown sugar, cocoa dust and slight toast. We love it!

    Camp Description

The 2017 Merlot is 68% from the organically farmed Mojon’s Bench in Alexander Valley and 32% from the organically farmed Morrison Vineyard in Sonoma Valley. Aged in neutral oak. Straight forward, but somewhat serious Merlot.

  • A bright ruby red in color, this Chianti Classico shows well-integrated aromas of tart red cherries, tobacco, sunbaked earth, and a hint of cedar spice. On the palate, firm structure and refreshing acidity make it a very versatile food wine. Pair this wine with lasagna, ragù sauces, roasted rabbit, or braised veal shank.

  • The Chianti Classico Riserva has a ruby-red hue with a trace of garnet. The nose is elegant, displaying hints of spice and fruit. This a well-structured wine with smooth tannins and a long finish.

  • As is true for all wines of this celebrated Tuscan DOCG, Chianti del Castello del Trebbio commands its most defining traits: fruity, fresh, and pleasantly drinkable.

  • Vignerons since 1605, Chateau Coulon sits on a hill near the Mediterranean in Corbieres. This was one of the first wineries to go organic in Languedoc! Their Rose, made primarily from Cinsault, has fresh, concentrated aromas and flavors of berries, melon, white peach & spiced cherries; the long finish is dry, complex, and full of fruit!!

  • Not your typical Bordeaux! This is a fruit-forward Bordeaux with tons of blackberries, Morello cherries and sweet spice in the front palate. A more New World approach but still finishes nice and dry with soft tannins and a long finish, and it’s organic! We loved it: Highly Recommended
